are the people that are most likely to be targeted by the financial advisers that work for corporations, with the mission to make themselves rich
NOT MAKE YOU RICH, MAKE THEMSELVES RICH
We are the people that have worked hard for many years, and now, with the family settled and things becoming easier have decided that we must think of our future and that of our children, and invest in property.

WHY
do we think of property as the foundation for financial stability. It has been born and bred into us that the family home is the Australian dream.
It is secure, it is a good investment.
This is WHY the investment vultures seek us out from the crowd. They know that we are gullible, niave and new to this level of investment stratergy.

WHEN
we look for the seminars to attend, offering free advise and promises of a prosperous future, this is when the vultures swoop. They know that they have us. They have been trained to tell us what we want to hear and lie and manipulate the truth to get us to trust them with our money (or a large sum of money from a bank of their choice)

WHERE
we are taken for a look at property is an area that we are not familiar with and therefor can not be judgemental about the real value of the properties.

Can you now see the path of destruction that is happening here
